The Avengers is set to become the must-see movie of the summer (12), according to poll results from an online U.S. film survey. Ticket and movie news website Fandango is reporting a surge in advance ticket sales for the blockbuster, which opens in America on Friday (04May12) - and film fans have picked The Avengers as the most anticipated film of the summer. Girl power action film Sucker Punch has topped an online poll to find the worst film of 2011. The Zach Snyder film, starring Vanessa Hudgens, 'beat' Bucky Larson: Born to be a Star and Cowboys & Aliens in the Thanksgiving Day-themed Top Movie Turkey list compiled by movie website Fandango.com.
