Sci Fi ended the Era

Was so disappointed Sci Fi pulled the plug for the proposed 5 season! This leads a lot of unanswered questions at the end of season 4 - check out Peace Keeper wars mini series which ties everything up nicely though! FARSCAPE is (in my opinion) the best sci fi series out there. It has a perfect mix of every aspect and isn't too silly, but not too serious either! Excellent writing and ideas and out of this world custumes and makeup! RIP Farscape.- Was this review helpful to you?

If I'm honest, I found the quality of some of the stories to be rather variable and, as a result, the Season seemed to seesaw a little for me (moreso than for the outstanding series 2 and 3). Nevertheless, when Farscape is on song, it gallops along at a breakneck pace, with rich charatcerisation and, on occassion, outlandish plots. The stories work up to a fabulous crescendo, although I was somewhat frustrated by the ending. Nevertheless, having watched the excellent Peacekeeper Wars miniseries immediately afterwards, this should not put prospective viewers off. If you've enjoyed previous seasons of Farscape, this shouldn't disappoint. Just make sure that you follow it up with Peacekeeper Wars to complete the story...- Was this review helpful to you?

one good, one bad
By a customer from Lincolnshire, England , 20 Apr 2007several of the latter episodes push the boundaries a little too much for me, one episode will be normal and thoroughly enjoyable, the next will be wierd in the extreme.
