Still a lovely & funny movieBy AndyRipper (6 reviews) from Barry , 25 Apr 2008As i am getting married in a few weeks so we thought we'd indulge in some sugar coated wedding fair. Aside from Four Weddings, Father of the Bride was a must see. Its the third time i've seen it since it's cinema release (15 odd years ago) and it's still a lovely and funny film. Steve Martin give's a very warm and funny turn as the father of the bride.
Great Family Entertainment.By Cornetto (959 reviews) from Lancaster , 08 May 2007Father of the Bride, Comedy family film starring Steve Martin and Diane Keaton as George and Nina Banks. They are the parents of young soon-to-be-wed Annie. George is a nervous father unready to face the fact that his little girl is now a woman. The preparations for the extravagant wedding provide some very hilarious moments.
