    [Highly rated reviewer]

    For Kevin Spacey's talents.

Predictably plotted and distinctly unmemorable. Except for one thing, I hope, and thats the leading lady Camilla Belle; a heavenly vision that conjures a Tia Leoni or an Anne Archer. Stunning scene stealer.

This must have been a favour that Spacey owed to the producers. If you watched the trailer, you've seen the movie.

Anybody that voluntarily agrees to be in a film with Helen Graham is certifiably crackers. The only possible purpose for her existence on this planet is to prove that Cameron Diaz isn't the most stupefyingly bad actress in the history of the world.

Kevin Spacey tries to pretend he's sleep walking through this and isn't really there, but even he's not a good enough actor to mask the stench of embarrassment that exudes from every cell of his being.

The only possible positive from this film is if Spacey used some of his fee to invest in something wonderful at The Old Vic.

A really heart warming, original and charming film with some funny moments and well-acted. Spacey is brilliant as Axle a businessman paying the price. Nice sub-plot surrounding the relationship between Axle and his daughter. Thoroughly enjoyable.
