The film is superb. Atmospheric, well written and brilliantly acted.
The main character (a Belgian woman) is determined to hang onto her job. She falls foul of the management because of cultural differences and misunderstandings. It takes obsessive determination to stay with the company, enduring abuse that is designed to undermine her self-esteem.
The film analyses why it is happening and you feel sympathy for both parties in the situation.
This is the sort of film that sounds dull until you watch it and are pulled in and leaves you thinking wow that was good.
