Well I rented this off the back of the short synopsis. I have to be honest and tell you that I am a bit og a technophile myself and wondered how good a film could be that was centered around building a 99$ PC..

I was not expecting much, when the DVD arrived I wondered why I had rented this in the first place. But I was quite suprised by how enjoyable this movie is. The general gust is that a career minded marketing guy working in solicon valley decides that he wants to build somthing in his lifetime, something he can be proud of. So he changes jobs and works for a research facility. Trouble is hardware techies don't like marketing suits and therefore he ends up with the 'joke' project, handed out each year to the losers in the company... The Project...? To build a 99$ PC... He doesn't have to do this on his own as he is given his own team, trouble is again they are the nerdiest nerds in the complex...

This is a comedy film in the 'Against all odds!' Genre..

Comes highly recommended..!
