To find out that 'once upon a time' car windscreen wipers were either 'on' or 'off' is not too much of a surprise. Technology moves on after all.
But to find out that the person who came up with working intermittent wipers spent the next 30-40 years trying to get recognised for his invention...
Well worth watching.
