A Strong StartBy PATMAN2 (1 review) from Deal , 01 Oct 2009
[Highly rated reviewer]Having just watched Episode One, I feel compelled to say how hopeful I am for this series.
It has an original premise, strong characters and looks set to be the most gripping/watchable TV series since Fringe.
I will definitely be tuning in each week to see how the storyline unfolds.
A very strong start, recommended to all sci-fi-drama lovers.

I was hookedBy a customer , 15 Aug 2011This serious had me hooked from the first episode. Brilliant storyline, great actors and completely gripping. Only dissapointment was they didn't make a second series!
DO NOT WATCH - SERIES 2 CANCELLEDBy Siskel (44 reviews) from Shrewsbury , 14 Aug 2011This is a fantastic series with series 1 ending on a cliffhanger. Unfortunately, series 2 was cancelled!!!
My advice is that you should not cause yourself distress as there is not an ending. Similar to a mini-series called Ultraviolet which was cancelled after the first series even though it was brilliant.
Do not blame me if you you watch the series and then pray for series 2. 'it 'aint 'appening now or ever. Real pity
DVD qualityBy a customer , 19 Jul 2011Excellent series, but let down by quality of the DVD. Missed major parts due to scratches. Most annoying!!
Apparently need 20 words for this section!
'Potentially' exasperating. But let me explain......By Movieaddict (9 reviews) from Portsmouth , 09 Jul 2011The LF star system doesnt specifically cover what I want to say about this so let me explain. I actually enjoyed the series so why the one star you might ask. Well, heres the rub. Flash Forward is from the same stable as Lost. Even the scene selection graphics are pretty much the same. My view on lost was that it was Intriguing, even captivating and, therefore, very watchable. The danger was always that its popularity, and so profitably, would result in their dragging it out for too many series and that the plot would become so complex, they couldn't end it is such a way as to bring together all the various strands so answer all the questions. This is what happened. The end was, frankly, feeble and when I went to the 'bonus' sections to try to get the answers' all I found was the writers smugly expressing satisfaction that they had summarized and ended the series very well. Sorry, but Bull S###! They didn't.
So, when Flash forward was advertised, I thought it had great potential but didn't want to get into the same situation as with Lost; so I asked the question (Ask.com) how many series will there be? I couldnt get a definitive answer but there was speculation that it would be one. Wrong! The final episode was clearly a set-up for series 2. Guess who wont be wasting their time on the rest unless, perhaps, they finish it at the second series after which there shouldnt be so many twists and turns to answer.
Phenomenal show!By amandabry (3 reviews) , 24 Jun 2011One of the best, if not the best, series I have ever watched. Such an original idea, and done to perfection; I love 24, but this is so much better! My only criticism is that it was cancelled after the first series, amazing programme.
