This is nonsense. In the first place the De Niro character makes an unbelievable recovery from a stroke, then we are asked to believe in the transvestite characters, including one who gets away with hiding a tough gangster's loot without ending up with his home turned upside down and him floating in the river. An insult to the intelligence, give what we know about low life thanks to de Niro and others!
