Superb! & Very Watchable

Whenever I hear (or read) the words 'TV Movie' the word 'rubbish' usually springs to mind.But I have just finished watching Flight 93 (not to be confused with United 93) and I have to say it's better than some blockbusters I have watched.Made for the A&E Network in the USA by Fox (Type A&E Flight 93 into google to take you to the A&E website for the film & a preview) this was engrossing and passed the watch test.(How long does it take you to see what time is left).Although it does have the American cheese/gloss on the film (like most blockbusters)I have to say this is well worth a rent.- Was this review helpful to you?

I thought it was a very moving, intense and absorbing film (although my husband was bored - not enough drama and action for him!). You so get a sense of what the families on the ground must have been going through while realising that the people on board the flight seemed to accept their fate with stoicism. I couldn't help wonder though, had they tried their plan a bit earlier, perhaps the outcome would have been different? We'll never know but hats off to them for trying and my thoughts with their families.- Was this review helpful to you?

Dramatic, Powerful & Moving

The creators have captured the raw emotion of the event and as a viewer you feel yourself drawn to the characters and their plight.- Was this review helpful to you?

By a customer , 28 Oct 2011I really enjoyed this film as it is exciting and dramatic. Such a good point to have unknown actors in the major roles which just gave them as ordinary people.
A good point showing them getting ready for the flight and having no idea of the crisis they would be facing in a few hours' time.
It made you wish the brave passengers had tackled the terrorists early in the flight when they would have had more chance!- Was this review helpful to you?
