For any Sean Bean fan (like myself), this is a must-see. Directed by Terry Winsor (also director of Essex Boys), Fool's Gold is a dramatised account of the biggest robbery in British history. 24 million pounds worth of gold bullion stolen from Brinks-mat in Novemeber 1983.
Sean Bean leads the cast as psychotic Micky McAvoy. I believe that this is Sean Bean's most underrated role. It co-stars Trevor Byfield as Jimmy, and Larry Lamb and George Jackos, who also rejoin Sean Bean and Terry Winsor in the film 'Essex Boys'.

I highly recommend to Sean Bean fans, and also, whoever is a fan of the genre, because it is a very underrated and enjoyable British flick.
