Just the funniest
By a customer from Cambridge , 14 Aug 2005[Highly rated reviewer]
This may be an 'oldie', but it still is one of the funniest films. Goldie Hawn is at her cutest and most blue-eyed, Chevy Chase endearingly young, but the best is still Dudley Moore as the sex obsessed random stranger that keeps on accidentally crossing her path. His striptease scene to 'Staying alive' stays with me.
With plenty of gags it is not difficult to imagine how it is going to end - just a lovely comedy/action film that leaves you chuckling.- Was this review helpful to you?

(2)Laughing Out Loud....
By a customer from London , 20 Jun 2006I saw this film by mistake one night when it was on the bbc at about 2am - I had low expectations, but what a find! Goldie Hawn finds herself accidentally mixed up in a bizarre and hilarious crime gang and the only people she can turn to to protect her are the local policeman, Chevy Chase, who doesn't believe a word she says and Dudley Moore, a sex crazed nutter. This movie showcases an albino, a man with a scar, a dwarf (who falls out the window in a bin), old ladies playing scrabble with sex words, a classic 70s love pad and Dudley Moore dancing 'sexy' in it, Japanese tourists caught up in car chases and Goldie at her best. That might not sound too promising but wait until you see it - I was laughing out loud the whole way through.- Was this review helpful to you?
