A light hearted romp
By Bob from Norwich, England , 14 Jan 2006[Highly rated reviewer]
Wendell (Stephen Geoffreys) is a nerd who goes on vacation with members of his frat who have the one object of getting girls. The plot is thin and predictable and Geoffrey's character lacks the charisma of 'Evil' Ed (Fright Night). Also the other lads are almost comic strip stereotypes, but the ending is satisfying. A light hearted romp with little substance.- Was this review helpful to you?

(4)Why did I waste a rental on this????
By TheJazzman (37 reviews) from Aberdeen, Scotland , 02 May 2007A 'porkys' type film, if you are old enough to remember the series, without the amount of naked flesh to make it even remotely interesting.
All I can say is that I can bet good money, that this is one of those films that Tim Robbins and others in the cast, would gently allow to slide off their CVs.
Switched off before the end, did not even fast forward it.
Best to avoid, wish I did.- Was this review helpful to you?

rotten
By Daniel Scanlon from London , 19 Mar 2007Awful, truly awful. This left me with an overwhelming sense of despair. I turned it off after about twenty minutes and spent a further half hour staring wistfully out of the window at the pouring rain, trying to make sense of why I had rented this.- Was this review helpful to you?

Cool
By StarPrince from east sussex , 13 Apr 2004This film being 1985, the clothes dont really seem out dated, especially the pattern shirts, we get them every summer. Seeing Tim Robins in pink converse boots made me laugh..... I have the same thing in bright orange which suits my occasional retro street look perfectly.- Was this review helpful to you?
