Sorry, but actually ok

There is a lot of anti-hype about this movie and it's really easy to condemn as tripe, especially Mick Jagger's acting.....

BUT.... Watch it for what it is, and it's actually a pretty good action/adventure time-hop kind of yarn.

Mick Jagger.... Well, yes, his acting isn't his best forte, but somehow in this movie it works. You can't help quite liking his character, and in an odd way, he steals the scenes he's in. He plays the part to be hard and mean, but in fact, he isn't, so it makes him seem 'hammy' which actually makes his character all the better.

It isn't a massive-budget effects driven movie, but the effects are pretty good considering.

Don't be put off by all the negative reviews. Rent it and watch it.

You might be surprised.
