[Highly rated reviewer]Its hard to believe there are people on this earth who can do these sorts of things to other people, the acting was very good ,especially the lead role. Its a bit gruesome in parts,,so not for the faint hearted.
worth watchingBy boffo (5 reviews) , 05 Feb 2013its definately worth a watch,i enjoyed it,and like previous people have said, its like a made for tv film, but saying that, the acting and story line was realy good, based on a true story (a lot of content left out for obvious reasons) and if you have ever seen 'to catch a killer' about john wayne gacey, and enjoyed it....then you will definately enjoy this. i would watch it again
Thumbs up ;)By SeteezenX (106 reviews) , 08 Jan 2013Pretty good, I don't know enough about the real story to comment on accuracy, but I enjoyed it regardless. Not as good as Ted Bundy or Ed Gein, but still decent and worth a watch.
Pretty Good :)By Tartan1971 (74 reviews) , 07 Dec 2012This film was based on a serial killer . I never heard of him tbh as he hasnt appeared in any of my reading material. I thought the film was quite good, had a few faces I recognized . I would say to anyone who likes serial killer movies . This is the film to watch!
freeway killerBy a customer , 03 Dec 2012an alright film to watch, but could be more in depth about the story. have seen alot better performance though. pieces were cut to actual events that happened, but did get emotional for the parents of the victims.
if you want all the sick stuff of the real case you'll be disappointedBy a customer , 03 Sep 2012This comes across more like a made for TV movie (which it might well be). That doesn't mean it's bad.
The main thing it left me was how mundane and ordinary randomly killing young men was for these people. There wasn't much attempt to show the motivations or the psychology behind the crimes it was just some people get a kick from killing.
The film also doesn't go into the details of the killings. You don't see any torture or sexual abuse of necrophilia of the actual cases, in fact it's kind of only slightly implied.
Could have been much better with just a little bit more detail.
