Shoddy compilationBy Spankathon from London , 22 Mar 2005
[Highly rated reviewer]This DVD really is a missed opportunity - no extras whatsoever and just a handful of sketches from each series. Why not bring a DVD out for each of these and include comentaries, deleted scenes, out-takes, interviews and so on? If you are used to the standard set by the DVD packages of The Office and Little Britain you will be sorely disappointed.
A real shame as the stuff here is great - there just isn't enough of it.

Worth a look!By a customer from Swansea , 12 Feb 2005As with most of F&S stuff, it's very hit and miss. I absolutely love the spoofs - they're good riotous fun. The House of Elliott spoof is the highlight of this DVD - absolutely hilarious. The other stuff is very hit and miss, which is typical. I wish they'd stick with the spoofs to be honest!
Brings back the memoriesBy Jan from London , 31 Aug 2004A super collection from the early days. How fashions have changed, in humour as well. The two highlights for me were the spoof of The House of Elliot, I remember that from the first time around (a classic). The other was the spoof Abba song, C'est La Vie - that should be released as a single it so good. Fans will definitely enjoy this.
Were They Really that YoungBy a customer from Reading , 06 Aug 2004It's amazing how time goes by. The girls look so young in this, and how the humour has changed.
That said I enjoyed it and there was some really good stuff.
A classicBy a customer from Surrey, England , 08 Jul 2004French and Saunders back in their glory days - several of the jokes are now a little outdated, but as a whole an enjoyable thing to watch
The BBC could have ...By Ian#181 from EAST LEAKE , 07 Apr 2004The BBC could have done better.
There have been some great moments on the show, but the only ones of real hilarity on this DVD include the opera take-off of Kylie's 'I Should Be So Lucky' and the 'House of Elliot' take-off.
