Full Eclipse
After his partner's suicide, a cop (Mario Van Peebles) seeks counseling only to be recruited into the Pack, a special group of vigilante cops. Injecting a secret serum into their veins, these cops transform into ferocious, unstoppable werewolves who attack and destroy criminals in the streets. But being a werewolf cop isn't easy, and the Pack starts to get out of control.

Daft thriller that begins as if the director had overdosed on John Woo's shoot-outs and then becomes like any other cheap horror movie.

Thought this might be an enjoyable bit of sillyness but was disappointed by the lack of atmosphere and the acting, which was just too bad.
