A good conclusion to a brilliant anime
By a customer from Wales , 06 Mar 2007[Highly rated reviewer]
This is the end of the first series of Full metal Panic, a brilliant mix of mecha action and school comedy, with light ecchi fun for all. I really recommend this series for any anime fan - I won't comment on the plot in this disc, you'll have to watch the series ^.^
Oh, and one small point - THIS IS A 12. It is NOT for children! Do not think that because it is animated, it is suitable for small children. It's not! Please be aware it's got a 12 rating for a reason!- Was this review helpful to you?

(3)Excellent end of series
By a customer from Windsor , 25 Jul 2008Full Metal Panic? Fumoffu was the first anime that ever captured me and this series made just as compelling viewing.
Sousuke and Kaname are just one of those couples that make you wish they'd just get together and the script writing does and excellent job of making you wish so. This whole series has been a great mix of gunfights, mech action and comedy and if the comedy was the highlight for you I would defiantly recommend the second series - Fumoffu.
And before you go and order any type of DVD for your young children, please make sure that the age rating is suitable for them. A 12 is still a 12 whether it is animated or not, make sure you are aware of that.
All in all a brilliant series. It's just a shame they haven't released The Second Raid in Europe.- Was this review helpful to you?

Cartoon?
By a customer from Crawley, England , 08 Apr 2005my Grandchildren,(who begged me to get the next one) really enjoyed this. The words 'son of a bitch' and 'kicking the s**t out of someone' was used a lot. In a cartoon, I personally find this unacceptable. My Grandchildren's ages
range from 4- 12.- Was this review helpful to you?
