Pretty wild, one of the most fantastic-looking things I have seen in a while. I loved every minute, despite not having a clue what was happening for the most part. But that's probably just me. It is shocking, funny and gorgeous, the story of drag queens in sixties japan who have a lovely time singing, swallowing eye drops, dealing drungs and slicing each other up. Oh, and riiight towards the end there is one of the best cinematic shocks EVER. You'll know it when you see it. Left me confused, sickened and grinning like an idiot. By all means not for everyone, but you might just like it; you won't forget it either way.
