Futurama - The Beast With A Billion Backs Details

Excellent, I hope the next ones are of this quality.

I bought Futurama: Benders big score, and i was a little unerved. The plot was stupidly complex, scenes in places were utterly random, and it wasn't as funny as the TV show. Now however, The Beast with a Billion Backs is out, and it much improves over the first movie.

For a start, it's much funnier, with some pure gross out humour and many witty one liners that made the old series such a joy. The plot is much easier to follow and it feels smooth and fluid. Also, all the characters feature a lot more this time, which is a nice improvement. And lastly, it actually FEELS like a movie, not an 90 minute long stretched episode. The makers a certinally improving at making movies and if the next two retain this quality, then there is a good chance the TV show may be resurrected.

THe beast is back.

Futurama the beast with a billion backs is a direct to dvd sequel to the previous futurama movie and continues the story.

Fans will enjoy all the cameos of minor characters such as Robot Devil , HaZuZU the gargoyle and more !

and themes that occur through as well as the regular cast and even steven hawking to do his 'voice' for the head of steven hawking .

Its got plenty of funny moments and is very day of the triffidsish with its story line and rather engrossing at some points early on when the tentacles invade earth .

The parts with Bender felt a tiny bit rushed which is slightly disapointing. and theres not quite enough Zoidberg!

And the ending is slightly lacking for Futurama which normally is really funny or heart saddening but sweet such as Jurassic Bark or Luck of the fryrish.

Its not as epic as the previous one in my opinionbut dont go into it thinking it as a proper movie , its really feels an extended episode but Futurama fans like myself will enjoy it all the same and the Extras are brilliant including bloopers with the cast,delted scenes,commentary and a preview of the next film Benders Game as well as

Futurama The Lost Adventures

a full 25 min episode pasted together using the scenes from the xbox game and a tiny bit of gameplay footage to link it together .

All in all a good solid rental .
