The voyeur in me expected much more than this disjointed, poorly acted and scripted film. It lacked interest, pace and thought and left the viewer thinking 'so what' (which it should not when you think how horrendous the story was). It also felt dated and very low budget. long. I did however wonder how Gacy got away with it for so long.
