Once, or more likely if, you get past the poor voice acting, dated graphics and technical issues, the game offers a rich and immersive tale full of betrayal, politics and deception akin to that of the books themselves, with your choices throughout the game not only affecting your characters but also the world around you.

The game starts a short time before the first book and progresses parallel to the events of it, with the final moments coinciding with an important scene that happens at the Great Sept of Baelor in Kings Landing. You play as dual protagonists, Ser Mors Westford, a brother of The Night's Watch, and Ser Alester Sarwyck, a red priest of R'hllor. Each have their own burdens to bear and their own story to tell.

The combat is fun, and a welcome change from the more action style titles such as Skyrim and Witcher 2. On harder settings, as you will nearly always be outnumbered, tactics and synergy with team members is vital to survive. Most of the RPG mechanics are pretty standard but solid with a few innovative ideas such as trait balancing thrown in.

In short; Great story, hindered by technical issues and voice acting quality. Fan of the series and an RPG fan? You may enjoy this.

The worst game i've played

After spending the first 20 minutes creating a character which has very good customization you begin to wonder why the game has poor reviews. The game begins at the wall and a long stretch of dialogue begins which is actually ok and draws you in. You get to make choices and pick your own responses which keeps you entertained for a bit. Then comes the beginning of the game and you have to do some combat training which is exactly what we want to do. This is where the game falls on it's head. It's a game crying out for hack n slash but what you get is a turn based rpg that is repetitive and down right awful. This is where my experience ended. A game full of promise flawed massively by combat. Don't bother with it.

No as bad as some say

After 10 min of play was ready to send it back but I decided to play on and did not regret it. The game does take a while to get going and the starting abilities are lame but get better as you get further in. None the less bugs are common but they are not too bad and big bugs are just simply just dashboard and start up game again and that usally works. For Song of Ice and fire fans it is a must play and the story is well told with choises making big impact. So if you are on the fence I suggest just put it on your list and give it a play.

Lame Of Thrones

Wow the game play is horrible! The plot and stuff is ok but I could not continue with such bad gameplay. Gave it a few hours of my time and sent it back! Would not recommend!

slow, boring not worth the hour of my life just getting started with the game, graphics were really bad and fighting was crap as well like playin the first DOOM game, was hoping it could rival age of empires.

One of the worst games that iv'e ever played, terrible voice acting, outdated graphics and of what i could actually play of the game before a huge bug with the game stopped me from progressing through the story, the story is weak and held nothing of interest to keep me playing
