New Pixar movie gets thumbs up

A new film from animation studio Pixar has received an early write-up on a movie website which describes it as an "instant classic". The reviewer, calling himself the New Cruelty, wrote on Ain't it Cool News that Ratatouille - a story about a rat who wants to become a chef - is "funny" and the "performances are just right". Hoop dreams can come true - Will Ferrell's basketball comedy Semi-Pro has dribbled its way to the top of the US box office chart, according to the latest figures from Nielsen. The Departed held on to the number one spot at the UK box office this week, keeping The Devil Wears Prada at number two in the chart compiled by ACNielsen EDI.
