I decided to give this a shot after it beat Peep Show for a comedy award. I can't see how it did. The only funny moment in an hour was someone walking into a window, hardly the apex of top comedy writing. The rest was like Heartbeat for the under 40s, I believe this is what the TV companies call gentle humour, i.e. its not funny.
