i found the dvd fun to watch as both Gaynor and Dan seem like nice people. It can take a long time to do the whole routine so is best to break it down if you dont have the time.It is now on mylist to buy.

I know I am not the fittest person on here, and I know this DVD never said it was supposed to be easy, but I found the warm up harder than most workout routines. That's not really the fault of the DVD though, and I may return to it when I am a lot fitter.

Two niggles though. First of all, the trainer guy is extremely irritating, and never describes what he is doing. There is no lead in at all - they just change movement without warning.

Secondly, you need a big house for this routine. Even the warm up moves had Gaynor and co dancing all over the place. If you only have a small room I would give this a miss and do the Nell McAndrew Ultimate Workout instead.

Found it a good workout overall. Only thing is after warmup there is leg exercises on floor, then followed by cardio section with arms. prob being fussy but may be easier to switch these round, well I did anyway. The cardio section was way to hard you are constantly jogging for 10 mins, which is great if your a seasoned exerciser! as no easier option. Saying that I found the arms was a good cardio section in itself.

10 Mins warm up, 10 mins legs on floor, 10 min cardio section with arms, and 10 min dance section, then cool down.

Can I have Dan has a personal instructor, he is lovely. Anway, I thought this was tougher than the pump it up ones. Warm up, legs which was really really hard, arms which was ok until I had to use my hand weights and then it was tough, then the dance which was ok and then the meltdown. Music was ok, Gaynor and Dan really really nice. I am going to ache tomorrow.......

i've done loads of dvds, and i really found this one good. It was hard especially the bum and cardio section, but it was fun to do. there was no constant repetition of the same stuff, there were lots of new moves, the music was up beat so you felt like moving to it. the only reason i didn't give it 5 was because the cool down didn't do an awful lot of stretching. Definately woth a try
