JAZZ FANS, DON'T MISS THIS!

It's true what was said in this excellent documentary, Gene Krupa, superb jazz drummer that he was, was also a showman and entertainer. There is a generous amount of archive film footage of Krupa's musicianship from throughout his career, including his probably best known track 'Sing, Sing, Sing' with the Benny Goodman Orchestra. Dedications from other jazz drummers are included but the talk is kept short and to the point. This programme concentrates on the music which is all important. Thoroughly enjoyable.
