Why is this not available? I have about 6 films I want to add to my list but they're unavailable. This is supposed to be a film rental service!!!

Watched this on tv a few months ago... If you liked Napoleon Dynamite you will love love love this. Omg it's so funny. Some won't get it, the type who thinks the latest Batman deserved five stars.... But if you have just a tiny bit of quirky in you, try and find this somewhere, you won't regret it!

I can see why this one didn't get much of a release. You don't go into a Jared Hess movie expecting a conventional comedy, but even by his standards this is out there. This is a film where the majority of the characters are ugly, deluded simpletons who wear old fashioned clothes and it appears we're supposed to laugh at and not with them. What we have here is a gallery of grotesques in a film with very little plot to speak of. Like Napoleon Dynamite, Gentlemen Broncos is a series of vignettes and gags. It's really weird. But unlike Napoleon Dynamite, the weirdness seems contrived and disingenuous. I give it three stars rather than two for Michael Angarano, who is sweet and understated as a sci-fi story writing oddball, and Jemaine Clement who raises a few laughs as the slimy, pompous hack novelist Chevalier. The rest of the film is a busted flush.

Somebody's post pub brainwave made excruciatingly real. In a way, remarkable that it exists.

There should be some kind of early warning system for this.

Maybe more for those with a high kitsch tolerance?
