Best yoga dvd I've found yet
By Michelle from Kent, England , 09 Aug 2005[Highly rated reviewer]
I'd only previously been doing yogalates before so wasn't sure if this would be easy to follow. I needn't have worried. Once I'd done the practice a few times I was able to flow through the moves without watching the screen. This enabled me to concentrate and get so much more from the practice. It's improved my posture, bad back and given me so much more flexability - I'm amazed.
This dvd is a great intro to yoga, but also enables you to grow with it. A guy at the back gives you the easier option and Katie spends time explaining and showing you how to move in and out of the moves, as well as other options you can follow.
Some people may find Geri's gabbling a little annoying but I now forget she's doing it and concentrate on me.
The dvd is split into different sections so that you are able to pick and choose what you would like to do on any given day. The scenery is beautiful and it's great fun to do.
I actually prefer this dvd to the 1st one - less of Geri talking and it flows better. I've enjoyed this dvd so much that it inspired me to have a private yoga lesson with Katie for my birthday!- Was this review helpful to you?

(7)Won't be trying any of Geri's DVD's again.
By a customer , 26 Feb 2013This would have been a great workout had it not been spoilt by Geri. I have always found Yoga very relaxing but ended this feeling annoyed with her comments and attitude.- Was this review helpful to you?

Best yoga video
By a customer from Hackney , 26 Jul 2008Yoga videos are a bit hit or miss, but this is the best one in my opinion, as a beginner. Others I have seen tend to go off track and suddenly someone's doing some move with no explanation etc., but the instructor in Geri Body Yoga is really good at explaining the moves. Geri does talk a little, but it's not that bad, and it's actually quite nice light relief as the work out is fairly streching (for me, anyway).- Was this review helpful to you?

Surprisingly good
By mcse0022 from Birmingham , 17 May 2005I actually don't like Geri much, but decided to try her yoga DVD to see if it held anything special or different.
I was pleasantly surprised, it was a well explained workout lasting 90 minutes with a little bit of direction from her yoga teacher which was very helpful.
There are a variety of postures and it is suitable for all stages.- Was this review helpful to you?
