    Very good

Having followed Ghost in the Shell and the Stand Alone Complex Gigs, I was looking forward to Solid State Society. It does not disappoint; with exciting developments with the characters as well as the intrigue all of the SAC episodes had.

However, it is not as complex as the series, put that down to its film length. It feels like an 'Individual' episode at feature length and cannot be compared to the Gigs in their entirety.

All together though, very good; a must for fans of the SAC series.
