A dud
What could have been an entertaining romp was reduced to a poor film with a dire plot and serious charcter flaws. Cage seemed to be running on auto pilot and Mendes seems to be here just for the eye candy.

Comic book adaptation Ghost Rider failed to overtake Hot Fuzz to the top of the UK box office this week, trailing behind at number two. The movie, which sees Nicolas Cage as a stunt biker who sells his soul to the devil, generated £1.85 million in its first week of release, followed by The Number 23, an occult thriller starring Jim Carrey.
