One of the truly bizarre manga/anime cartoons. It is a mixture of science fiction and just plain weird comedy.
All of the characters are presented very well and the drawings are beautiful as well. You don't watch this film for the story but if you do watch it expect to be very surprised as you would have seen nothing like it in a long time.
Love it or hate it, you gotta respect the film.
