Excellent

Went and saw this last night and I thought it was excellent.
If you're a fan of Extra's then this is for you as Gervais' character is similer to Andy Millman with regards to his sarcasm, cinicism and humour.
If you're not a fan of the above (like my fiancee) you probably won't think much of this film.

A grumpy dentist with a mission

Ricky Gervais is Brilliant

When he wants to tackle racism etc he makes himself the racist which gives him such power in exposing failings in society. All his work is worth viewing several times because of all the undercurrents of messages.
He will NEVER be a great actor but no one is better at poking fun at unacceptable failings in society within comedy so gets a mass audience.- Was this review helpful to you?

dull film

This film is dull and i only watched cause a friend recommended it she needs her eyes tested lol. i wouldn't waste your time renting this.- Was this review helpful to you?
