  Whoopi Goldberg lived up to her name during a segment on US chatshow The View after appearing to break wind in front of actress Claire Danes. Goldberg was sat on a circular couch with her co-presenters talking to Danes, who was promoting her TV show Homeland earlier this week.   A remake of 1991 hit movie Point Break is surfing back into action after an initial reboot was shelved following Patrick Swayze's death in 2009. The late Ghost actor and Keanu Reeves starred in the original cult film, about a gang of surfers who rob banks.   Mary-Louise Parker has reportedly replaced Demi Moore in the upcoming Linda Lovelace biopic after the Ghost star quit the project to battle health issues.   Patrick Swayze and Demi Moore's 1990 film Ghost is set to be resurrected for a musical production. Bruce Joel Rubin has signed a deal to adapt his Oscar-winning screenplay at the Opera House in Manchester for a seven-week tryout with a projected West End run - and he's landed an all-star creative team to work on the project.   Ghost to be remade in Japan

  Patrick Swayze's hit 1990 movie Ghost is set for a Japanese remake. The film, which won two Academy Awards including a Best Supporting Actress Oscar for Whoopi Goldberg, is heading back to the big screen under the direction of Taro Otani with an all-Japanese cast.
