Spike Lee - what went wrong?
A mess of a film. Is it a suspense thriller? Is it a sexy rites of passage? Do we even care? No, we don't! Even the fine performances from the cast (except Naomi Campbell - who thought that could ever be a good idea?)where even Madonna for once is bearable can't rescue what is essentially a very poor script that is full of red herrings and meanders on its merry way to nowhere.
An interesting subject, badly developed.

Expect a sequel to Inside Man

It has been reported that a sequel to this year's bank heist thriller, Inside Man, is in the works. The film, which starred Clive Owen, Jodie Foster and Denzel Washington, was directed by Spike Lee and made over $184 million (£96.4 million) in box office receipts worldwide. According to Variety, Lee is not confirmed to direct the sequel as yet, but is working on a script for the follow-up with Russell Gewirtz, who wrote the first film.
