This pointless movie about pointless people will be of interest mainly to admirers of Ben Affleck and Matt Damon, seen here before their Good Will Hunting success. Affleck takes the lead role here as one of a gang of rich college seniors, all living in the same boarding house and fearing graduation day and the cruel realities of life beyond. Can they postpone reality by staying on for one more year? There are a few good laughs, but on the whole nothing much happens and a stream of bad language and scenes of boozing are supposed to make up for it. At least writer/director Rich Wilkes doesn't overdo the sentimentality and he earns another star for taking the rise out of liberal art colleges. Look out for Damon and Matthew McConaughey in cameo roles.
A truely awful film. There is no point to any of the film. None of the characters are particularly interesting and it seems to be all about nothing. Only watch this if you really cannot find anything else to watch!
not too bad i suppose. its the time where the characters are at their worst
