If you love the beautiful game you will love this, i watched this at the cinema and i have reserved a copy, what a film, just as good and heartful as the last one! oh FOOTBALL FOOTBALL FOOOOOOOOTBALL :-)
This film is no-where near as good as th 1st Goal movie, the rags to riches story is what makes the original film what it is. Its worth watching this film but dont expext the same as the first.
This Sporting Life: What Happens When Sports Heroes Act Up? Eric Cantona and Ken Loach. These are not names you would immediately put together. One is a multi-millionaire (surely?) ex footballer, revered by millons of fans; and French. The other is a proud socialist from middle-England (Nuneaton), who has rejected the big money offers; his films are admired but by a relatively small number of committed film buffs.
