Thought provoking
Now if you were expecting a rip roaring ride here I would think again. This is a an intelligent thriller/drama that delivers on the premise suggested. Damon is ever reliable, Jolie a tad underused, but some stellar support lends weight.
Overall one for those that want to immerse themselves. -

It is time for DeNiro and Scorsese to...
Get together and make a descent film before its too late
they have moved too far away from their roots with this mainstream hollywood dross
there was a time when directors and actors of such caliber made an impact on screen
the subject matter of this CIA era has been wasted on this sedate movie
imagine the raw power they could have brought to the screen ..and weep
(still a DeNiro as director fan)..see 'A Bronx Tale' -
