Singer/actress Hilary Duff is set to join the cast of hit U.S. drama Gossip Girl - as a famous movie star. The 21 year old will feature in several upcoming episodes, opposite show regulars Leighton Meester and Penn Badgley, as a celebrity studying at New York University.
