  Entertaining in a B-movie kinda way.
  
  Not really scary enough for me but worth watching. I'm sure the Mill owner is the guy from Tremors (Fred Ward) he plays one mean boss!

  Not Scary at all, you just get to see a glimspe of some mutated giant rat killing people, pretty poor by Stephen King standards.
