The first film of the 21st century

Went to see this movie when it came out - lots of people actually walked out of the cinema in disgust. This is verite cinema at the peak of the Dogma rules with a light touch of magic realism - its technique prefigured You tube etc - it is a true American classic and one of my favourite films of all time Ive been trying to get it on DVD for years (region 2) without success
