Good insight, good entertainment.

It?s an old movie, but does give lots of correct insight about how japanese businesses work. I have worked in that environment and I could relate many things shown in the movie like doing exercise in the morning or the way they are concerned about quality. Though, as most of American movies are, this one too, is bit exaggerated to poke some fun on Japanese. Does show about difference in culture and how this gung ho manager over comes it with his management style. And also does tell you that its Japanese who saved American towns by investing in America, like today?s Ohio! Basically, if you know some about Japanese culture or have visited there, you will have a good time watching it. I will surely recommend it.
