This DVD was a major disappointment. Given the title, I expected to find the best songs from Guru Dutt's most famous films, but - with a few exceptions, such as Rafi’s “Chaudvin ka chand ho” and Geeta Dutt’s “Na jao saiyan” - the songs chosen were mediocre. Added to which, the picture and sound quality were uneven, and some songs ended abruptly in a picture freeze (the subtitles then ran on, with no picture to match). Overall, this is a poor quality DVD which isn't worth watching unless it's impossible to view the actual films.- Was this review helpful to you?
