(510)Watch the original instead, it's better
By Chibi (5 reviews) from Southport , 10 Mar 2013Boring, too many songs and not enough character development. For someone so determined to dance on a telly show, the film fails to show the fact that Tracy has actual talent for dancing and that she isn't just making the most of it to be a famous star. John Travolta was good as her mother, but there's something a bit jarring about the accent he puts on. James Marsden is easily the best of the cast. Zac Efron's was nothing more than a pretty face who was the teen heart throb of the year, his character is one dimensional and his acting is wooden.- Was this review helpful to you?

Family film, you'll love it
By iuli2a (42 reviews) from Bristol , 09 Apr 2012Great cast of course and there are a couple of cameo appearances from the original movie.
Great songs, will have you wanted to refresh your twist moves right then and there!
John Travolta looks a bit ridiculous and resembles a Cabbage patch dolls, if anyone remembers them (really ugly dolls!) but the film is more the funny because of that!
Enjoy!- Was this review helpful to you?

Good fun
By filmfan10 (82 reviews) from Saltash , 01 Feb 2012Great performances, average songs. Foot tapping stuff.
Very enjoyable if musicals are your thing.
Mind you, The Little Shop of Horrors remains my favourite of this genre.- Was this review helpful to you?
