Funny, bad Seagal at its 'best'

This is a typical, and as such comedic, Steven Seagal film. It is a bit slow to get going. However, its general hilarity, especially provided by Ja Rule, makes it well worth while, especially for anyone who likes to watch a slightly rubbish Seagal film, whilst expecting it to be slightly rubbish and enjoying it for that very reason.
