Preview Episode looks good!
By jpage (2 reviews) from Dartford, Kent , 08 Nov 2009[Highly rated reviewer]
Anyone who has downloaded the Halo Waypoint application to their Xbox 360 can take advantage of a preview episode from the Halo Legends series.
From what I've seen, this Manga series is going to be fantastic. Full of action, gore and violence, whilst staying faithful to the Halo plotlines, this is sure to appeal to casual and hardcore fans of both the Manga and Halo genres!

(39)Good in parts
By a customer , 29 Feb 2012This is a collection of mini episodes, each one with its own feel and look; similar to Batman:Gotham Knight. I thought some episodes were excellent but others were really poor. One episode in particular actually reminded me of samuri pizza cats.
I would say this is mostly for fans who want to gain further insight into the world of halo and backstories of some of the characters, something it does really well.- Was this review helpful to you?

Need to be a fan
By a customer , 16 Feb 2012You really need to be a Halo fan to appreciate this. Even still some of it is a little hit and miss. Very Arty at times.- Was this review helpful to you?

Hit and Miss, Spartan
By Bluejetdude (9 reviews) , 20 Sep 2011Theres no arguing that the Japanese can create good looking worlds but when taking an existing franchise like Halo it can have varying results.
Unfortunatly, the first hour and a half was just too slow and busy showing you the wonderful world they've drawn. It IS a beautiful world they have created but there's to many long shots.
The two highlight videos that make this really worth a rental is the final one and a clear rip off of Dragon Ball Z. The Final story captures the essence of Halo perfectly and is a real treat to watch and a feast for the eyes.- Was this review helpful to you?

halo Legends
By ChaosvOrder (6 reviews) from uk , 02 Jul 2011Total trash, just a collection of badly made cartoons though i wasn't expecting much knowing it was made to japanese standards as far as animation was concerned. what shocked me was how much they killed off halo. I am a halo fan and this trash, oh did i mention trash before, well thats all it is. just glad i rented and not gone out and bought otherwise it would have gone in the bin with the other trash.- Was this review helpful to you?
