When Alex (Elisha Cuthbert) breaks up with Dave (Zachary Knighton) by leaving him standing at the altar, their friends, Brad (Damon Wayans Jr.), Jane (Eliza Coupe), Max (Adam Pally) and Penny (Casey Wilson) are put under strain as they try to console the two without choosing sides. While Alex and Dave move on in their own ways, Max attempts to come out to his parents, Penny tries to find her perfect man and married couple Brad and Jane get some disconcerting news. The series is fine, it is a modern Friends. The problem is the disc itself. The episodes are not in order, so certain key plot twists are revealed before they happen. Damn shame really. Still, good show.
