This smarter-than-your-average teen comedy follows two Asian-Americans' quest for a burger. The minimalist plot is a vehicle for outrageous humour and a journey of self-discovery.

[Highly rated reviewer]What a surprisingly good movie. It is simple and to the point. Two friends get stoned and desire the ultimate snack, they see an advert for White Castle burgers and decide to drive to the nearest one - nothing else will do. This then involves a night of sex, drugs, car crashes and ultimately finding oneself.
A movie in the vein of American Pie, but smarter and funnier.

I'm a hypocriteBy Cls14 (34 reviews) , 29 Aug 2013I have in my time been know to blast films which are quite similar to this one for being childish and puerile. And yes there is an awful lot of toilet humour (literally of course in places) and it isn't exactly a thinking mans film, but it does rise above most in it's genre. It really helps that Penn and Cho are a better class of actor than your average comedic role boot filler. In terms of comedy duos (timing, delivery, partnership) they've got to be up there. The story is simple, very simple and there could have been the real danger that the pitfalls they faced in getting their burger because annoyingly stupidly unrealistic rather than hilariously unrealistic. It takes a witty film to make me forget realism but this did it. Another thing that normally gets to me is use of nudity to get viewers. And yes, you will get some people who watch this just for a bit of female flesh but there isn't all that much and most of it is in a humourous context. Bottom (haha) line is that it is pretty much everything I shouldn't like but I do. Much like the first American Pie film from when I was a young teenager.
Great filmBy a customer , 19 Aug 2013Great film so funny. Recommend to teens in particular or anyone who wants to sit down and just laugh. Cant wait to watch number 2!
burger advertBy makehey (3 reviews) , 31 May 2013I quite funny advert for a lesser known burger establishment. Plainly a cheaply made, rehash of any old stoner movie but I certainly see the business model.
Dope filmBy Nattysoul (1 review) , 04 May 2013Thoroughly enjoyed it. The comedy and stereotyping comes out in a really funny way that made me laugh out loud plenty of times. The story line is similar to A Very Harold & Kumar 3D Christmas (2011)
