A Poe-faced horror romp, loosely based on Edgar Allen's The Premature Burial, about a husband and mistress conniving to drive his wife (video Scream Queen Brinke Stevens) round the twist. Jan-Michael Vincent and Karen Black star in this schlocky horror picture show from B-movie master Fred Olen Ray, and you may recognise the faces of fright stalwarts Robert Quarry (Count Yorga, Vampire) and Michael Berryman (Hills Have Eyes) lurking about in the background. Two stars for fans of kitsch 'n' stinkers. One star for anyone else.

    Hopeless

This should be withdrawn. The only reason I hired it was because of Berryman. This certainly is nothing like The Hills Have Eyes. Avoid this dvd.
