With the loss of iconic anchorman Angus Deayton, the witty and caustic topical news quiz tries out guest presenters. What a motley crew they turn out to be. From politician Charles Kennedy and THE WEAKEST LINK's hard woman Anne Robinson to comedians Hugh Dennis and Sanjeev Bhaskar. They cope with varying degrees of comedic .. Read more

This is just awesomely funny.
Best for me is Bruce Forsyth; Hislop's reaction when he does 'Play your Iraqi Cards Right' is an absolute jewel!
The show with Boris Johnson is excellent as well, but Brucie steals the show. You must watch this, I defy anyone not to laugh out loud!
Boris Johnson for PM! HIGNFY is always good for a laugh, but Boris' utter inability to hold
the fort and control the usual cast of characters makes for riotous laughter. Whether you
saw it the first time or have never seen it, this episode is a must for anyone who have
enjoyed HIGNFY in the past
The main disc is fine - if you knew the original shows, you will not be disappointed; read the other reviews and you will see that Boris Johnson is the star. However, I do wonder what the bonus disc is for; the longest item, 'The Full Boris' is already on the main disc so all it offers are short monologues by Johnson and Forsyth on their experience plus Merton and Hislop reminiscing for a while about different presenters without even the support of clips to back up their references. A total waste of plastic, time and money and not worth one of your Easycinema credits at all.

I laughed, and laughed, and laughed.
In fact its a week later, and I'm still laughing.
A must watch

we all thought(well i did) that have i got news for you might loose its edge when angus deyton left. on the contrary,i feel its got even better with some of the guest presenters. to watch boris johnson bumbling through, and, surprisingly, to see bruce forsyth put his own 'gameshow' style into the show were very entertaining. have a look.
Rent this even if its only for the episode with Boris Johnson. All of the guest presenters were great (Bruce Forsyth, Paul Merton, Charlotte Church to name but a few) but Boris will have you in stitches!
Give that man a coconut!
Great to see the guest presenters - the funniest was the one with Bruce Forsyth purely for the look on Ian Hislop's face.
If you like this programme rent it as Boris Johnson has too be the best value around i which i could visit his planet
The old gang is back and anyone expecting lots of laughs, a magnitute of witty remarks and a veritable banquet of gut-bustingly funny one-liners will not be disappointed!
Featured presenters include Martin Clunes who welcomes Jeremy Clarkson as a guest pannelist, Boris Johnson, Bruce Forsyth and the unexpectedly comical William Hague!!
The best of the guest presenters: exactly what it says. Four full-length episodes, presented by Boris Johnson (hilariously out of control, spending most of the show bemused/bewildered), William Hague (a bit wordy, but the interplay between him and Ian Hislop is great), Martin Clunes (just brilliant) and Bruce Forsyth (bringing slants of his own game shows to the familiar HIGNFY format), plus an hour of snippets of a number of other guest presenters.
Paul Merton is on fine form as usual, and Ian Hislop more than holds his own in the quick fire repartee stakes as well.
If you like HIGNFY, this is an excellent evening's light entertainment. Highly recommended
