A troubled loner and intent on killing his colleagues and himself, Bob Maconel is easy to dislike. As he plans to put a revolver to his head and the heads of those around him he drops the bullet. While on the floor searching for it someone else in despair of life with the same plan beats him to it. As he emerges a hero he discovers the one colleague he actually liked was severely wounded. Is this supposed to be a comedy?
Or all a dream? Christian Slater's make-up is impressive and the pet fishies are cute but otherwise this is just awful.

Hmmm, not sure.

We took a break from our Girl Power list last year to focus on the guys - so who knows? Maybe this will become a bi-annual feature. It says something about the movie biz that when it came to up-and-coming male actors we felt we had to raise the age range to 30 to get in the likes of Ryan Gosling, Ben Foster and James McAvoy.
